Picking up and Sending Pupils

Published by blogsmith at 3:00 pm under Bangkok Edit This

Another duty outside classroom was picking up students from their homes some 10 miles away. But this one we had to get up at 5 am. Basically we just open the school van door for them and see to it they are safe inside. And at the end of the day we send them back again. Well, not all students needed to picked up by the school van. Some went to school with their car.

There’s one good thing about this duty though. We get a free trip to the grocery store. Sometimes when it’s not our turn to pick up and send pupils we still went with the van and our driver, Khun Worajak was a very nice fella who patiently waited for us while we went shopping.
